All gold jewellery will wear to a limited extent with the passage of time and diamond or stone set items in particular are sensitive to wear on claws or other settings. When worn or damaged, claws may need to be re-tipped to ensure stone security. To ensure authenticity of the Irish gold in the piece is maintained, if sizing, tipping or repairs are needed, the piece should be returned to one of our authorised workshops where Irish gold is available for repair.
