Galantas hereby announces that its appointed nominated adviser, ARM Corporate Finance Limited, has changed its name to Blomfield Corporate Finance Limited with immediate effect. It was announced today that ARM Corporate Finance Limited has been acquired by Hichens, Harrison & Co plc, and has combined its business with that of Blomfield Street Securities Limited under the name Blomfield Corporate Finance Limited.
