Toronto, Ontario; London, UK,  February 6, 2006 - Galantas Gold Corporation announces that it has agreed to engage Bishopsgate Communications Ltd of London, England, as financial public relations consultants to assist with dissemination of its information in the United Kingdom, Ireland and Europe to the financial community, the press and to shareholders. 

In parallel, it has signed a one-year agreement with Stockgroup Media Inc. in Canada to provide news distribution and market awareness services via Stockgroup's web-based communications vehicles, including "Stockhouse" and "SmallCapCentre".

Galántas Gold Corporation is building Ireland’s first gold mine, with production scheduled for Spring 2006.  The corporate aim is to increase the resource base on the property through exploration and mine development, to expand mine production in stages, and to add value to the Company’s production by marketing and selling certified Galántas ™ Irish gold jewellery.
